Great server management tools, easy to setup and no server side issues.
Amazing service had horrible issues with accidentally deleting my server files and they helped me every step of the way, the staff knows what they are doing and they respond extremely fast so you can always count on them being there for you no matter what.
I used gportal for a year and this just blows it out of the water, the fact that I don't need a 3rd party software to access the server files is so convenient, and the support for modding is amazing, thank you for an awesome product.
Super pleased with the simplicity so far! Wish you had an app for this service. But still loving it!
Server was unstable. Crashed with only one or two users on. Support ticket was closed with no information on if it was resolved.
Great for smaller mod packs, but it is harder with larger mod packs
In terms of speed of the server and customer service, Bisect Hosting is top-notch. I have no complaints there.
The only problem I had with the service is unreliability with my connection to the Minecraft server I rented. I could not determine if it was a server problem or a setup problem: a similar setup on a different service was completely reliable in terms of availability, but the one or two other players who tried my server had no problems seeing the server.
This was not, however, the reason I ended my rental. I just didn't get enough interest from the community I built the server for to justify maintaining it. I would've been willing to work out the issue with their helpful customer service otherwise, and will probably do precisely that for my other server with them.
Service is quick and all but Rust could probably get an easy Oxide Umod integrated mod download on the mod page in the control panel!
This service doesn't provide enough memory to the client, if they bumped it to 8 or 12 gig it would be a very worth while service.
Very great service always at your hand if you need it!
So cheap for premium services!

Bisect is a company that false advertises to it's users that they will be getting a sufficient service but will not receive one at all or be asked to pay for them to have their 'service' fixed, it is unlikely that the service ever is fixed when paying them an additional fee.
